I check my email and phone messages between 9am and 6pm, Sunday to Thursday. I aim to return calls within 24 hours on business days, and “weekend” messages by 6pm on Sundays.
Office Location
I offer in-person counselling sessions on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am currently working out of the office of Crescent Counselling Collective in New Westminster.

My office is located in the Mercantile Building, closest to the intersection of Blackwood St and Columbia Street, a block from the Columbia street Skytrain station.
Accessibility: The office is located 1 block from the Columbia Skytrain Station and is also accessible by Translink bus routes 103, 105, 109, 321, and N19. The building is not wheelchair accessible. The office is on the second floor of the building with 3 flights of stairs (approx. 8 steps each flight) and two landings. There is no elevator. The washrooms are gendered single-stall. The counselling office has a wooden floor with a movable area rug.
***If my office space presents access barriers for you, please email me. I may be able to book a wheelchair accessible space and elevator accessible space in New West at a different location. Please email me to discuss this option.
Parking: 2 hour free parking found on Blackwood St, as well as Clarkson St (about a block away). Pay parking is available on the street and in the New West Downtown parking complex, entered off the ramp at the foot of 4th street. Turn South onto 4th street (toward the river) and this brings you into the parkade.
When you arrive: When you arrive, please wait until 5 minutes before your appointment before buzzing in or calling me, as I may be with another client. To enter the building, please select “Sara F.” on the intercom system to be let into the building. My name is near the end of the list, so you can press the down arrow several times and then the call button when my name is selected. If the intercom system does not work, feel free to call me at 778-792-0899.
